My name is Jo Ilott (HCPC, MCSP)

 

I qualified from Birmingham University in 1995 with a degree in Physiotherapy. Very early on, I realised I wanted to specialise in musculoskeletal injuries. I have worked in a variety of settings , including hospitals, Rugby teams, Private Practice and provided Occupational Health support in the Corporate setting.

 

I am a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and have additional training in Acupuncture for pain relief.

Having worked throughout the UK with both NHS and private clients, I have taken all my experience and knowledge to provide the best possible care and service provision to clients through Nettleham Physio & Pilates.
